How to setup a Shark Aquarium - Part 1, Part 2, Part 3.

With the show Tanked coming out and more people interested in Shark tanks than ever I wrote these articles to help people better understand what goes into starting a Shark aquarium. So check them out if you're interested in starting a Shark tank. Mainly posting here for those of you with lots of experience to see if I messed anything up. So any proof reads are welcome. It's not meant to be super duper detailed just a nice general series of articles.

My first thought is there is a lot of stuff you say you need that you don't. I see a lot of the typical pet store type 'rules' (IE: 3 fish per 100 gallons to cycle it, you need a sump of ___ gallons, 4" deep sand bed) which don't hold true in big systems.
Really, it's a step by step to set up a big marine tank, not specifically for sharks. The biggst factor for shark tanks is foot print / water volume for the species you have, mechanical filtration and the ability to properly feed/observe them for problems.

Just a suggestion for article writing, it helps to state the author's background related to the topic so people understand where you're coming from. Alot of shark /shark related articles/books tend to be written by people who have never worked with them - so it makes the info a bit off.
