how to ship large fish?? please help

I am going to ship out 3 jack dempseys. two are 5.5-6inches and the other is around 3-3.5 inches. Will these fish last 2 days in the mail? Also, how much water and how much will a package weigh with fish this size. I need to know how much to quote the buyer! I have shipped smaller fish, but none this size. So any tips would greatly benefit! Thanks!

well i just looked up southwest aircargo and it seems to be a flat rate for frieght of $60 for the zone im sending it to. Has anyone shipped southwest freight cargo before? Whats the longest time i should expect it to take?
