how do i shut it off i accidentally clicked it now it wont bring up the new posts ... i normallyjust scan though the new posts and it wont let me now lol

On my Galaxy S2 I just have to press the options/menu button and it's right there on the pop up menu.

You can't turn it off once you have marked the forums read. Just wait for new posts to start compiling up. Or browse the subforums you are interested in on your own.
It's not a turn on or off function... It's a button clicked once that marks all new posts in forum read (at that one time only). After new posts start rolling in after you have marked it read, those posts are unread and will show up as new posts.
