My local fish store has some decent size 3.5'' oscars they have labeled as albinos. But the problem I have with most albinos in the hobby is that they in fact turn out to be leucistic and get some black coloration on them aka lutino oscars. I'm not a big fan of lutinos. I bought one albino oscar from petsmart and I think he is slowly turning into a leucistic but am praying he don't get any more black color on the fins. What should I look for in TRUE albino oscars?? I will be going to the shop tomorrow so I will take some pics and pick up one or 2. These were gorgeous dark orange colored cool patterns and a nice solid white color. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated... if you can post some pictures of true albino oscars that'd be great.
