How to tell the difference between a convict and an hrp

I have a hrp and just bought another to be a friend for my lonely jd. Anyways the hrp I had I know is a true hrp. It has blue scales in its under belly that seem to be darkening more as it gets bigger and also has red in its tail and the end of its fins. The new one is opposite pretty much looks like a convict with some blue in its gills and under its belly. I was think it might be a convict x hrp hybrid. What you guys think it might be

I'll take some pics when I get home but my convicts both have red outlined fins that are way more red than yours. Looks male. I'll put some pics of their reds if I can get them but they are defending their fry so I doubt ill get them to move. Lol

A hrp is a honduran red point. I wasnt talking about the outlined in red. Mine the fins are red outlined in black how a true hrp should. I know convicts commonly have red or blue coloration in their fins.
