How to tell???

How can you tell the differences between a PBB (Nile Bichir), a P.Congicus and a P.Asorgii? As I found limited information on the net.

What to look for in terms of head shape and how many fins on each of the fish?
 
where do you plan to get a pbb in canada?

They don't look alike, so you should be able to tell. May be harder to tell between P. ansorgii ad Pbb, but P. congicus looks totally different

These fish look really different. There should be no problem IDing them among each other. The harder part would be telling the difference between a PBB and a Nigerian Lap. Good Luck

going to see it again tonight, and I hope I can ID it properly and bring it home with me! :)

It got a very long head with the eye on the side, but the color is wash out like a congi.
