how to transfer pbass carefully

i'm on break for a few and had a question..what/how is the proper way to transfer pbass from one tank to another?? the tanks are about 36 inches apart if that..

+1 a nice soft pond net so you don't scratch them.

I would lower the water level, and scoop them with a large bucket, less struggle then a net....My opinion only...Good luck.

mabey a towel or wet t shirt. lower the water level and just get him with the towel/shirt.
