I found swimbladder common problems on my goldfish.........all said its common but i found it hard to treat.....i do 40% water change daily for 1 week...but still same swimming up and down.....i add aquatic b plus medicine but still no hope for my goldfish....is there and permanent cure of swimbladder.......plzzzz help me

What are the ingredients of the medicine? I would dissolve about 1 tablespoon of pure epsom salt per 5 gallons and add it to the tank. See if it will reduce any swelling around the swimming bladder. Leave it in for about 1 week. If you change out any of the water, add the amount of epsom salt removed back in. E.g. change 10 gallons, and dissolve 2 tablespoons of epsom salt to be added back in.

Do not feed the fish during treatment.
