I have a 20g I just started trying out plants in. Even though I'm getting low light plants, it has the stock lighting (florescent strip, 17w, daylight color/blueish). That's .85 watts/gallon. I want to get about 1.5 watts/gallon.
How do I upgrade the lighting (preferably cheaply)? It needs to retain a secure fitting hood to keep from jailbreaks (I have fish that will jump out easily).
