This is what my male orange P.clarkii and my white female P.clarkii have been doing the past 15 minutes. Right in front of God, the Platys and everyone.
He has no shame and when he finally lets her up she's going to be mad
I take it this is crayfish mating? Have they no shame??
(I had no intentions of breeding them, I just wanted them be able to live together in the 30 g.)

IF they are breeding u shld put the female in a seperate tank and have the babies hatch then take her bak to normal tank. How did u sex urs???

I'm not really trying to raise babies though so I'll probably just leave them together.
The P.clarkiis are easy to sex compared to others. If you can get a clear shot most any of the people on this forum could tell you.

I think an orange and white mix would make a washed out orange color, I think I read that somewhere. I really like the personality of the P.clarkii. They're definintely my favorite because of that. Especially the males.
