How was school/work today?

I'm still looking for work... Gotta have myself fixed up with all the cussing around, probably I have to work on a Call center agency.

Insane. Its the night before a buffalo bills home game and my house is right next door. The huge parking lots across the street are full of campers and the kitchen I work in at the bar within walking distance of said shanty town of RVs was a madhouse. I cook, I'm the only cook. I have one server/dishwasher/general helper. At one point there was a total of like 12 pizzas, over 200 wings and a good amount of appetizerss, sandwiches, burgers, subs etc. The equipment I get to work with just isn't up to the task.

One convection oven, that fits one pizza at a time that we also need to melt cheese/cook other menu items. 2 fryers w/ 2 baskets each. and a sub station. Shift was 4pm-1am, needless to say I kicked some really immature people out, it was a maddddhouse. Made a solid hundo in tips though lol and I work the actual game tomorrow. I guess this area is one of the last stadiums that let you setup tailgating areas? That's what people tell me, I'm not that into football haha. Never even been to a bills game. Always make money off em though
