Whenever i see a video about a wolf or one at the store it makes me want one again. Well i can get one on trade in a few weeks from the lfs when they get one in. My stock would have to go down a lil.

My stock
1 ck
1 bgk
1 senegal bichir
1 delhezi bichir
1 belly crawler pike
1 gold sev

I can move the bgk and belly crawler into a another tank, but would the gold sev be ok cuz he's a curious fish and that could get him killed. What do you think?

i wish i could tell you but i dont know to much about your stock but what i do know is that common wolf fish can be nasty i had one years ago and it would kill all my fish

Tank size is a 55 but I'm getting my 150 tomar. Its hard to get a re wolf fish around here and I dont trust online buying and shipping

In the 55 it's a no. 150 it really depends on the individual wolf and the size of other fish. I would think the polys would be small enough to eat when the wolf gets larger. A mala could get to 16" in captivity. As already suggested a good bet would be Rainbow/red or a gold wolf.

There is no real way to answer that question other than it might work or it might be a complete disaster. Hopli Mala is suggested to be kept solitary for a very good reason, they can be down right aggressive towards all fish.

Im in CT, and couldn't find a red wolf but had mine shipped from a vendor on here, AE Aquatics. They're out of New Jersey, and shipping ran around $20 to me, so im guessing it wont be much more. (Live arrival guarantee)
