Okay, so in a perfect situation I'd have my green terror and green texas together in my 125g, tried it and it didn't work, so they're both back solo in their 55g and 60g tanks.

Now I'm wanting to use my 125 to put 1 oscar, 1 sev, 1 blue acara, and maybe one jd, con, salvini, or firemouth. I want to buy them all small and at the same time. Which combo would work best?

1 oscar, 1 sev, 1 blue acara, and maybe one jd, con, salvini, or firemouth this would work.

I'm definite on the oscar, sev, and blue A. I'm trying to figure which of the opthers would fit. I've had a jd before but not the others. I'm leaning more to the FM, though.

Now my wife says she wants a blood parrot, so would I be able to have it in with the oscar, sev, and blue acara? If not, I'll set her up a 55g and get her a couple of her own.

I think the FM would go just fine...if you're already leaning that way. I think the parrot would work, but why not just get the 55...any new tank is fun and now you have the excuse.

I agree about the tanks, but she's so fickle about this. I have 7 set up right now, and she tells me she wants 3 or 4 taken down. I still have 3 in storage in the garage.

I don't see me winning this fight about the BP, and she won't want to have it in her own tank because that would mean she has to care for it.
