How would you divide these filters btween 2 tanks..

I have a 240g..and a 150g tall...more fish in 240 [2 red bay snook, 1 p bass, 2 oscars, 2 tx cichlids, 2 jack demp, 2 pacu]....150 has 2 oscars + 2 LARGE frontosa that my neighbor gave me]

here are the filters...2 FX5.....2 rena xp4...1 magnum 350...and also xtra HOB filter- emp 400, and penguine 350 that i can either use or put away.
How would u divide these?

1 Fx5 for each tank, 1 Rena for each tank and then the hang ons however way you want to.
Although do you really need anything beyond 2 canisters for either?
