Umderstocked can be achieved via canister

Normal large bio loads need multiple high output canisters or a good/efficeint sump with a big turnover rate.

Stock will be a silver aro,bass,bichirs,and some SD...I JUST WANT TO GET SOME GOOD IDEA SO ONCE I GET IT PAM I COULD DO IT ON THE QUICKNESS..I COULD ALWAYS TURN my 100G TO A SUMP

This is my filter for my 100g I could use this for all the filter pads n o could get another one just for the pot scrubbies

A sump is def the way you should go. I think anything 55g and up should be good for a 300g i could be wrong though.
