How would you set up flow with 2 canisters on a 90?

I'm running dual xp3's, thought about doing a sump, probably not gonna happen for a long while.

So, I can do spray bar or jet nozzle on each canister, so far I've been running spray bars to have a more even flow across the tank.

In my 55 I had one spray bar centered on each half of the tank at the back so the back wall looked something like this, with intakes in the corners.

|---spray bar---spray bar---|

Would you keep this setup, or put the spray bars on the sides of the tank pointing to the middle? I wanted to do it this way on the 55 but the spray bars were too long, wouldn't fit on the sides. What do you think?

The other thing I can do is have one deeper than the other by a couple of inches, but I'm not sure this would be beneficial...

I would think that you would get less dead spots with the way you have it setup. How that would really be determined by what in the tank. I would personally have one of the spray bars mounted near the bottom of the tank and the other one further up to allow for maximum water mixture. To was more more any debris off the bottom. But I guess it all really just depend on what is the tank. What fish you have and what you like best.

Good points. Thanksd
