How would you stock my outdoor pond

Hello,

I am constucting an outdoor pond and was wondering how you guys would stock it.
its 12x7m and up to 2m deep.
I live in belgium so the temps are arround +25° in summer and in the winter it will will freeze. Since its 2m deep it wil never freeze solid.

I'm not a fan of koi and was looking for some special fish to stock it with.

P.S. it will have a solid 5 step filtering system installed to it.

put a fountain in there and perhaps some small sturgeon? do your research since not all species will be able to survive in that setting.
