Been in the aquatics industry for about a decade now, and I've been seriously considering the purchase of a Marble Goby. We used to have one at a LFS I worked for, around 18" long, and he was an awesome fish. He ended up becoming very hand tame, would take food from my fingers, and even swim up to rest on my hand and let me lift him out of the water.
