A little about my self, 33 male, married with 4 children 2 I get the claim and 2 that I get to claim only when they aren't close. they are my stepdaughters. I like to hunt and fish, play everquest, work on stuff, and well aquariums. the greatest thing they ever made for tanks is the filter that sound like stream flowing.
I have a 20gal high tank, with a male and female Betta, 3 yellow Patty's, 2 small loaches, rubber lipped algae eater and 3 neon's was 4 but my betta didn't like one. I think I'm going to add a few more neon's, maybe some other tettras. I'm wanting a 250 gal, but petsmart didn't have one on display, they used to have them for under 500. If I go glass it maybe a 130gal, but I may end up wanting to get an acrylic for strength. I wander if you can keep a blue gill in a tank that small?
