Hey everyone, I just now stepped into the realm of monster tanks (arguably) with my 125 gal. I purchased a gar and the dominant pair of jaguar cichlids at a local store. I have a synodontis in there from a failed attempt at an african tank (stand is still under construction) and some other fish.
Anyhow I am a Geologist and a Texas Master Naturalist in training. I work for an oil company currently, uh have lots of plans to build and do things and most I am surprisingly working on. I have something along the lines of a dozen tanks with 9 more on the way (breeding feeders ie guppies/mollies/platys)

I thought maybe they could make it, but they did not. Wasted $20 and didn't even get to see them get beaten up, it was sad. More for my wallet than the fish.
