Hello all!
I am new to this site but some of you may know me from AC and MFK. I was really into photography many years ago right out of High School and considered photography as a profession but slowly got away from it due to life interfering and then my camera (Canon AE-1) broke and I couldn't afford to get it fixed or replace it. When we could buy one we decided on a point-and-shoot type camera that my hubby could use to. Well its been almost 20 years since I've had a 'good' camera and hubby wanted to get me that one special camera for Christmas. I settled on an Canon EOS 7D. It has a lot of features that I may not use but are there if I want them. I have much to learn about DSLR photography. I like taking macro shots of life in my aquariums and of a variety of spiders/bugs/flowers etc.,
