I DID IT!!!! i have found a succesful group of cichlids that actually get along. before i had a red devil and jag in a 125 and the rd was beating on the jag so i decided to find a new dominant dish. much to my, and probably everyones i chose a female pike cichlid. she was the key she keeps the rd in check but does not cause any damage what so ever to any of my fish. ill try and get some pics
