Using an 80 gallon tank to make a wet/dry/sump for a 460 gallon tank. About 20 gallons of media (don't know what kind yet), 2 or 3 baffels for sponges and/or other kinds of media, heaters, etc., and a pump pushing about 2000 GPH.
This will be my first wet/dry so let me know if that sounds like a winner or not and all suggestions, tips, and comments are welcome. TIA.

I say use nylon pot scrubbers for bio media
They have tons of surface area and are real cheap at the dollar store.

Thanks man, I've made a note of that. Does the basic idea sound O.K.? As far as sizes, amounts, GPH?
