Bella is considered a dwarf hoya, but really easy plant and has nice flowers. I don't see why you couldn't grow roots or clippings in water with the right container. Make sure it gets enough light and that roots are dirt/pesticide free before introducing them to your tank. I have no idea how/if they would effect nitrate reduction like pothos, but it would look great once established.

Thanks ls2012. They started rooting and are doing good in my tank. I only have three clippings so hopefully in time I'll be able to get some more and get a good amount going in the tank
