Huachinango a la diabla

Theres a great little Mexican restaraunt by my house that we often visit. On my birthday we go there and I get the Huachinango a la diabla (Very spicy fried red snapper) My wife doesn't even like it facing her! Very good! If you're ever in Memphis, you got to stop by Playita Mexicana!
