i also visited NE cichlids who helped me pack a 12+inch frontosa!! he made it to my house (about a 7 hr trip) thanks to NE... the shrimp i bought from the LFS there all died 
cause NE didnt pack them .... he's the best fish packaging guy around and he has all these fish to drool over
