I know! My wife asked why I would want to eat my Sushi on top of a big seaweed-covered block of concrete. Women just don't get it, sometimes...

i'm going on a fishing charter next month just south of there, hope we don't hit anything

I visit Florence (45 mins from Newport) every year, if they haven't cleaned it up in a months time when I head up there, I'd love to see it

I think so, they say they are either going to salvage it or drag it off and demolish it - either way it will probably take a while. As far as hitting something in the charter boat, it really is a danger (although unlikely). Imagine that thing floating in the open ocean only a couple feet above the water...

Oh yeah we usually golf also, we go to that course kind of on the outskirts of town, can't remember the name. Hole 1 has houses on the right side, and I remember koi ponds there haha. Yeah we usually rent a house and go fishing. whole family (lots of us) goes to buck lake for the day with kids and every buddy in attendance, then go to the north fork for salmon or blueback fishing, this year we may get a salmon charter which I've done a few times. And then monte Carlo on Friday nights, good times.
