Huge payara fish

Need advice on keeping this monsters getting one tomorrow around "16 + as part of a tank sell. Please any advice on keeping.tank mates etc would be appreciated. I still have a a good amount of monster fish and wondering what I can keep with him

my old Armatus did not like any of my fish is why i had to get reid of him (did not like any of my African Tigerfish or barbs) 50/50 on them being able to live with others peacefully but if you got fish like perch,datnoids,pbass that can fight back to keep him in check youll be fine there and of course MUST keep him fed at all times or he will kill another fish to get his meal. OVERALL im looking to find another myself....must have in a predatory tank

Beautiful fish it is. When new to the tank they can be spooked very easily and cause injury tonhead. So for first few days ensure not to startle at the time of feeding. Also ideally aquarium should be in a low traffic area .

Clean water al.

Now in terms of other fish in th tank . It's doable but same size is a must. And no live feeding
