I just put about a 6" vertical scratch on the upper right portion of the front of my 55gal.

The front of this tank is...was... flawless. I can't believe I just did this! I was going to use my Mag-Float to clean some build up off the glass and I guess there was a piece of sand on the outside magnet. Its so obvious and terrible looking!
The back of the tank isn't an option as it is in worse condition with 4 severe internal nicks, not to mention I JUST spray painted it black two weeks ago...
I hope there is some scratch filler I can find that will tolerate an occasional drip or two, if not.....

Lesson Learned: Check for tiny bits of sand!
