I was on the Flats outside of Ponce DeLeon Park in Punta Gorda, florida, sight fishing on my Grandpa's cruising dinghy. I cast my Shrimp-baited line at a Stingray-Cownose to be exact...I set the hook and he took off. The drag screamed and we followed it with the boat. Finally I netted it and cut the line after trying to remove the jighead from the nostril with pliars. It was ABOUT 3 1/2 ft by 3 1/2 feet. How heavy is it? No existing IGFA Junior World Record exists, so next year, if I get one, I need to document it. Besides wieght, is nostril-hooked considered foul-hooked or fair-hooked?
