I received a grand tour of the facilities at Underwater Adventures in the Mall of America. Nicky was my guide, and it was a real blast. I had such a great time, I forgot to take pictures, except for these juvenile alligators trying to kill me. Also got to feed the giant gar in the river exhibit. Those Alligator Gar really are massive!

Thanks again, had a great time.

i am thinking about going on a monster roadtrip this winter and taking my "shop-aholic" wife out thre for a few days..................hhhhmmmmmmm!!!!:D :headbang2
 
Cute my ass, those things would have happily taken a finger off, if it weren't for the acrylic between us. The one on the left was trying to eat me as I took a photo.

Yeah they are not cute ...they are mean ***holes......................Me agreeing to take the 2 foot american ali off of the previous owners hands was the deal for me to buy my 125 (now a african cichlid tank) because the ali was a lunatic.................he got traded at a reptile show for a snake..............................If you got withing a few feet of the tank the would flip, and hiss and etc.............................:WHOA:
 
I wish I would have gotten some pics of the gar, but those alligators were totally monster. They had a net over the top of the tank, and if there wasn't, I would have a cool scar to show. And some stitches. I didn't see any good size teeth, but I can imagine that bite would tear through flesh anyway.

WHAT?? :eek: Thats like me saying I have never been to Niagra falls or the C.N. Tower!!! whats wrong with you! If you go take lots of pics! I would love to go myself someday!
