I found this fish at my lfs, and I'm NEVER an impulse buyer, but I HAD to have it!!! It's a 24-28' green trumpet knife!!! He seems 2 have Turkish bands or tiger stripes on his side, and is 1 of the nearest fish I have EVER seen!!! Now I'm hoping my MFK brethren can tell me how 2 care 4 it. I've kept other large knives in the past, so I know the generals. Im hoping sumbody can tell me what 2 feed this monster, and what kind of personality I can expect. Also, possibly a value, cuz I've never seen another!! Thanx MFKers!!!

I'm assuming you meant 24-28 " no ' (which is feet) 
There are a lot of "trumpet" species of knives, could you post a pic maybe? I've imported a number of them and have never seen one that big, that's pretty cool. Most are fairly picky feeders, you may need live blackworms.
If it's anything like the White Trumpet (Orthosternarchus tamandua) be aware they are very accurate jumpers.
