My local LFS has a HUGE like the size of a football dogface puffer I dont know if they ordered it or someone couldnt manage it in there tank anymore but my LFS has had it for weeks now and no one seems to be going to buy it and it looks like its getting more and more depressed/sick everyweek, the tank they have it in is about 3ft but not very high, today it was slumped at the bottom looking like it wasnt gonna last very long. Is there anything my LFS could do apart from wait for a buyer?

Those gold Arothron meleagris puffers put out a ton of waste and don't do well in lowered water quality. Frequent water changes and a really efficient protein skimmer is a must if kept in a small tank.
