Hujeta Gar or Yellow Tail Barracuda

Just got this guy today. Was told he was a barracuda but looks more like a hujeta gar.

hujeta, from what I understand they are very fun fish. It's one I've been wanting for a while

I was thinking that. My thought was if it was a yellow tail why does his mouth bent like that lol

100% hejuta. Try to find out what he eats and what not. I had a lot of problems with growing them to a decent size because mine didnt eat anything except life food.

Agree with others about hujeta. Keep them in a group and should take frozen and prepared foods with a bit of starving. Worked with my old group.
