I have 2 hujeta's and i was wondering if any one got theres to eat krill or i was the first. And if that be good for them to eat instead of live food. heres a pic of what they look like if any one didn't know what they looked like.

I had one about 10 inches and ate feeders and blodworms.

i have gotten mine to eat shrimp and of like every monster fish he eats goldfish

Feeders, eartworms, glass shrimp, live mysis, crickets, floating pellets, and bits of shrimp and perch. I use the bait and switch method to get them to take pellets and they will still prefer things that move. Dropping the pellets in to the filter stream sometimes helps.

I had one before it ate frozen food for the most. But many live fish too.

if you get the dead food or pellets to move with the water like guppy said it will help them go after it. it works on mine

ya i know that but my cichlids scare them so kinda hard but at least i can get them to eat krill
