I don't know how often they are sold/seen in the hobby, but if you can get some japanese contacts and an import license (or import them through a transshipper) then you can import some from japan. I am not sure if there are any people in the USA that actually have those koi right now.

Latin name won't help you, all koi are the same species. They're selectivly bred common carp (Cyprinus carpio).

well i'll go ask some Koi breeders in Japan about the 人面魚.

i don't know if people released them but they were on the news a many years back..people were surprised to see a fish with a man face...
SEGA even made a game out of it.

Do you not understand that hybrids are not designated latin names under the binomial nomenclature system? I also fail to see how you are unable to use google. Here's a quick primer. 1- You go to www.google.com 2- You type in a 'keyterm' 3-You peruse through the links and skim the blurbs to find one that may fit what you need.

You probably also don't know that you need a permit to import fish.
