I'm getting a water dragon tomorrow and need to make sure the tank has plenty of humidity i hear between 70-80%. would this create humidity...

a container with water in it that has an air hose at the bottom creating lots of little bubbles on the surface. I feel like it should work like a water fall besides the falling water...

let me know what you think
it looks exactly like this picture...

i think you can buy a humidifier

i know but thats not what i asked... just wanna know if this will create humidity?!

I think that "device" is on the pretty worthless side. Get a ruber storage conteiner and bellow it, on the glass outside the terrarium put a good heat pad. That and some misting will create all the humity you will need. Also I wouldnt go behond 60% humity and dont forget each nigth you must allow all droplets to evaporate before you close the ligth so your lizard can sleep dry and warm. Dont forget also change the water in the conteiner pretty much every single day as this guys are very intolerate to water patogens

i dont see that being very efficient. just mist everyday mutiple times and put a water bowl under the heat light or add a heating pad below the water dish as Coura stated

Yes, that device will create humidity but what's more important is trapping moisture in the enclosure. You didn't mention what kind of cage/tank you intend on using or what kind of top it has. A screened top fish tank, for example, will not be humid no matter how much water you pump in to it simply because it vents out of the top.
Work on sealing up the cover to your enclosure and a device like that will not be even be necessary.;)
