would spraying sides of a tank and turning a heat bulb on increase humidity.Tokays do like alot of humidity right?I read before i even bought one they do im just making sure.I use a heat bulb from exo terra. The heat bulb is a 75 watt sunglo, and it says its for tropical or desert terraniums.

Water on the sides usually evaporates pretty quickly, especially if there's a bulb, and tanks with screen tops aren't known being good at retaining humidity. If you cover half of the screen top with a towel, that will help.

I really don't think humidity is a big issue with these lizards. Depending on the season the humidity in my house changes between 30%-50% and I have never seen my tokay have a problem with a shed. So what I am trying to say is that you probably don't have to mist your tokay's enclosure.

For the reptiles that I have kept that did need an increase in humidity I would almost always keep them in rubbermaids and mist once a day.

If it drinks out of a water dish, you don't need to mist. Lots of lizards will only drink from droplets on leaves and glass and things. I don't know about tokays though.

tokays dont drink water of bowls just from leaves or from the glass
