hump on the anus?

just got home and watch the fish..then i saw the smallest got a hump on the anus..whats this?but i saw poo coming out need advice,is this normal?

and what type of pb is this?

i think i read somewhere about using epsom salt for stuff like this? i wish i could be of more help but that doesnt look healthy at all

bueno olas fotos no dejan ver bien pero parece una hernia, prueba sancando al pez con mujcho cuidado y con un algodon humjedo le tocas la "cosa" si vuelve a entrar a su sitio es una hernia, ahora lo que no se es si tiene o no cura
