Humpback puffer hasn't eaten in a long time!!!!

Hello fellow fish friends, i have a problem with my puffer. At the beggining of July i went on vacation and my GF watched my fish. While she watched them my puffer only ate 1 time throughout a 2 week period and only because she threw in some feeders. Since then i have yet to see him eat anything....even feeders. Its been close to a month now. He swims around the tank sometimes, shows no sign of disease or stress and has basically half a 90g to himself (other half is taken by red severum). So what could it be? The water parameters are fine, and besides adding some fake plants i havnt changed anything.

Nitrates are 20-30, 6.7ph, nitrite/Ammonia 0
I even checked for copper cuz i have a kit for it and that's also 0

Nitrates seem high to me. I would try to get those down if possible.

I did a water change n nitrates are at 5ish for now. Still not eating

^ How long have you had this puffer?

what size tank are you keeping him in?

what tankmates if any do you have with him

any decor in the tank?

What are you trying to feed him other than live feeders?

Do you have a substrate in this tank?

Did the puffer come around and start eating?
