Hundreds of baby cats need help

I am trying to catch some 2-3 inch catfish out of a dried up spring I have a trap set but would like to know if there are any other ways of getting them my resources are

3 minnow traps
1 10 inch net
2 castnets the cast are probably useless because of all the rocks is there another way to use it?

So with these resources what do you think the best way to catch them with what I have available to me. Finally the catfish are to stock my pond and I have my fishing license so I am legally allowed to do this I also have permission to get the fish from the spring. I just wanted to clear that up so it didn't have to be asked.

Maybe get a long seine net and run through it. I'd love to just catch them with hand nets haha that would be fun

I haven't caught any so I'm not sure but I am leaning toward channel cats or maybe bullheads

the catfish will get stuck in any sort of net and you will end up damaging their fins. make a catfish box and they will go in it to hide, then remove the box from the water.

or leave them there.

Sounds like madtoms. That's how I found mine.

looks like bullheads, if u need a home for them let me know, im pretty sure its illegal to sell, but to give away is ok, i dont know about bartering

dang nice man. last sping i caught over 300 baby bullheads. like 1/4 inch. kept 3, they ended up being speckeled bullheads. ones 6 inches now.
i caught mine with a large net thats like a tank net but bigger (like a tout net). i jammed the end of a broke crappie pole. then put it on a larger rod. so its about 8 feet.

ive also caught some in a beer can laying in a creek 2 years ago my dad still has it in his tank.
