I haven't been on here too much lately because I have been busy building my bar which opens in November, but I did feel the need to take some pics of the bass tonight before and after their feeding. I haven't put pics of these guys up in a while and they have grown around 10 inches since the last post I'd guess. Right now I have two temensis and two monoculous (I think). The tems are getting pretty big and seem to keep getting longer and longer while the larger of the two monocs seems to be adding width more than length lately.

He is pictured below with the tem. I am pretty sure he is a farm mono, but I think the little guy with all the gold sparkle might be wild. Any ideas or thoughts? Where do you think he is from?

I love the red below his throat. He gets much brighter, and his eyes are much reder, which makes me question if he is a mono. But i don't really know that much about bass. He/she seems to be taking interest in the larger mono too, which would make my second pair! I am hoping since I lost the female in my first pair.

Here are some other pics of my bass:

Not the best pics, but kind of an impromptu photo session.

nice pics man, your first pbass pic could possibly be an Ocellaris.. either way they look real nice..

Very nice!

I'd really like for him to be an oce, but everyone was so insistent that he was a mono I thought ok. Anyone else have an opinion? I want to own some different species, so if he's an oce, that makes 3 for me. Hey, its no azul, pinima, orino, crazy bank account bass party, but its something...

I see youre out of Houston...im sure you are more than aware of the nasty weather headed your way, got a back up plan in case of power failure? Pretty good chance of not having power down there for maybe 2 days....Me personally ide be scared enough with fish of this quality to go buy a generator and 20 gallons of gas just to make sure my tank remains powered. Power failures kill alot of fish.
