the cichla actually looks really good. large mouth bass, if caught from clean water, taste pretty good. had it deep fried in pancake batter once on a camping trip.

that looks good.. have to say Snakehead is on my list of to try if I ever catch one fishing and Gar since supposidly both are good eating if cooked properly.
