hunt in packs

do baby dats hunt in packs? in other words can a group of baby dats take down a rosy twice their size?

if your imagining pack hunting like piranah, then no. baby indos (1-2") are not going to be able to eat a rosey red by itself, but at that size you should probably try guppies.

why not feed them live brine shrimp? they are big enough for the dats to see. feeding them rosies and guppies are just to risky at that age.

They don't hunt in packs per se, but I noticed that when one goes up for the food - other feel easier to do so as well.

Just behavior I noticed.
