Well all the seasons are winding down here except a few. Late deer season and some small game is still open. So lets see everyone's big kills for this year. Doesn't have to be a monster or anything just share. I love seeing how everyone does. Mine this year was 10 mallards and 1 bluebill.

:D

So lets see em...Don't worry I should have more (just got a new benelli nova for christmas )

You know, I've so busy this year I still haven't gone out and bought a license yet. The only thing I hunt anymore are ducks, geese and pheasants. They're delicious!

Only thing I did this year is duck and deer. Got my license too late for goose season and hopefully I can still go out for pheasant, quail, and rabbit.

So do you guys need licenses to kill animals, or to hunt in national parks or something? Because here in Aus we go hunting in friends properties, like big 1,000,000 hectare farms... And we don't need to pay any thing. It's kinda of a trading thing, we go out and shoot dingoes, foxes, rabbits, hares, 'Roo's, walabees, etc, The farmers let us do this because they eat pastures and kill livestock.

Nice kill man.

Ive been deer hunting 7 times this year but it has been so hot the rut is just now getting started. I hunt in Alabama BTW. I have never hunted in December when it was 73 degrees and having to fight mosquitos!! Kind of a bummer of a season so far. :(

Sounds like a blast! I'll have to come visit some time. Yeah, here you have to have a license for each "big game" species ie Whitetail deer, Wild Turkey, Black Bear, ect and each license is for each state. You pay more to hunt in a State that you don't live in. Then there's licenses for other classes. Like a "small game" license includes Coyote, rabbit, squirrel, upland birds, (quail, grouse, woodcock), pheasant requires a special stamp in my state.

You need a license to hunt on public or private land, and the DNR (department of natural resources) Officers can come onto private land to make sure that you have the proper licenses if you are hunting. Also most of the big game has to be registered after you shoot it to ensure that you followed the correct seasons. Each animal has a set beginning and end date that you can hunt them in.

nice job on the ducks !!!

i just got back fro Reelfoot lake in TN. we had a blast but only killed 10 in two days. they had about 6" of rain right before we got down their and all the fields had standing water in them so no reason for the ducks to come to the lake.

sorry no pics. we only have 2 rules on the trip. no girls and no camara.

Hey, I have a picture, but there's a fair amount of blood... A little by the wound and a little by the mouth. Am I going to get flagged? It's the deer I shot this year, but I thought I should ask first.
