Hunting Season!!!!

Yep.. that's right.. it's WORM hunting season.

I used to do this as a kid with my dad when we would go camping.. it's been about 10 years since I've done that, and with the weather- I knew it would be a perfect night to grab some.

So, at midnight I'm outside with my Schnauzer Pj pants, flip flops, a flower vase, and a flashlight looking for worms.

My fiance thought I was crazy!

But, I got about 4 dozen to add to my worm bin.

I should have done that the other night when it rained here, that way id have bait for fishing and food for my fish.

I have spent the last couple nights "hunting" and my fish are very happy about it.

My fiance was in the basement changing the water on the tanks, and I yelled down to him that if he needed anything I would be out front.

He comes outside and he's like "uh... wtf?"

lmao.. He has definitely not seen this side of me before.

I got about 3 dzn adults last night... all went in my worm bin..

I just acquire more and more so they have babies. And I don't have to buy any.

My dad made me get hellgramites (sp?) when I was little... always gave me HORRID nightmares.

Had a dream they were crawling out of the fridge once.
