My aro got spooked and slammed it's face in the glass. Now it's bone in it's "lip" is exposed, will he be alright?

Can you please post a pic? How long since the aro slammed into the glass? Is the aro able to eat and swim normal? Is the aro hungry? thanks..
I don't have a pic it's barely exposed. Just enough so you know it's bone. It happened today, he's swimming fine and eating normally.
it'll be fine.. aros heal pretty quick.. jus a quick suggestion if you have any deco,jagged or sharp rocks please take it off.. if at night you shut off the tank lights leave a small room light on around.. finally.. give the aro some time to get used to you.. make sure the aro can see you as you enter the room or when you move towards the tank.. cheers..
My baby silver was nipped on his fins by my oscar and I put him in my 29 gallon hospital tank with some melafix and healed in about 3 days. Raise the temp a bit, add some melafix to encourage healing and he should be fine.
clean water and good foods will heal that right up. aros are good healers, especially 12-24"+ aros. mine has had his jaw bone showing multiple times and within a week or bit more he's all healed up.
