Hurt fish

My oscar tore up my dragon fish pretty bad. Skin hanging off bitten fins. So I removed him in to my hospital tank.
And using melafix and added salt. anything else I can do for him. He looks bad. I don't think I will put him back with my oscar seems like he becoming a bully. They have lived together for 6 months with no attacks.
