Hybrid 55gal or Hybrid Maker 55gal

Just set this tank up yesterday and cant wait to put some hybrids or some cichlids that i plan on making hybrid with, tell me what you guys think about the tank and any suggestion for hybrids.

Here the other 55gal that i have with 2 convict males, 1 HRP female, 1 Carpintas female, and 1 partot female.

Very nice. I'm trying to make some myself aswell. I have a 55 gal with 4 flowerhorns

Hybrid maker!

Though I find that if you're not gonna breed extremely aggressive cichlids (especially if the male isn't) then stuff them into a small tank. They'll pair up quicker (have no choice) and settle for a spot to breed faster (again, little choices). I do tend to add an extra female or two at first tho, to get the pair's bond to really tighten. Then remove and lo and behold!

Thanks, im glad the water cleared up as much as it did because sand usually clouds the water but i have a remedy for that lol.

And that sounds like a great idea but this tank size is what i have so i have to use this.
