currently there are over 30 hybridized species in circulation, with over a dozen for cichlids, perhaps you have some and do not even know.

i wasnt trying to bash. i think these things will look sweet! i just know some people arent crazy for hybrids. i dont have any but if i did, this would be a hell of a way to start. bump for you.

PS. These fish are NOT freindly, actually they are by far the nastiest cichlids I have yet to encounter at this size, and for those who know me, KNOW....I've HAD THEM ALL, and STILL hav em.
